Sheda Monfared Beheshti, MD is an accomplished, board-certified cardiologist. Her exceptional background is a testament to her deep knowledge of medicine.
After receiving both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing, Dr. Beheshti attended medical school at Saba University School of Medicine. Afterward, she was appointed Chief Resident at her internal medicine residency at Michigan State School of Medicine/Mercy Health Grand Rapids (Now Trinity Health) in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Beheshti was also appointed Chief Fellow at her cardiovascular fellowship at the Sands Constellation Heart Institute of Rochester Regional Health. She’s also completed an advanced heart failure and transplant fellowship at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Beheshti also worked as a nurse in the Emergency Department of Toronto General Hospital.
